10-3-13 and 10-4-13 3rd and 4th period

we went over a little more division and subtractions of rationals including turning them into improper fraction for then back to mixed number form

some 6th graders came up with their own mnemonics for PEMA order of operations


 
we did subtraction of rational numbers by turning them into improper fractions and then back into mixed numbers
