rounding numbers with decimals

How do I round decimal numbers to different place values, like the 10^th place, 100^th place, 1000^th place?

   

The 5 to the right makes us round the 6 up to a 7

The 7 to the right of the 1 makes us round up the 1 up to a 2

The 2 to the right of the 8 makes us  round down which means keep it the same
